Heroes - Villains

Sigh. I think it's game over for Heroes this season. They bet the farm on Arthur Petrelli, and I don't think they can repair the damage. This episode was an effort to tie-in loose ends of the story so far, and it wasn't engaging -- particularly because it was "as seen from Hiro Nakamura's spirit walk" -- oy.

Also, they have completely re-written Sylar's character. This episode planted the "seeds of good" in him and there's no turning back. Even if he goes into some sort of relapse, he is now a good guy.

There is however one bright spot in tonight's episode: Angela Petrelli. She basically uttered the best lines of the season in the "Italian lentil scene":

Angela: Italian lentil, your mother's recipe.

(Blah, blah, blah)

Angela: So what am I gonna do now? Am I gonna kiss you? Or am I gonna kill you?

(Blah, blah, blah... Arthur Petrelli gets a heart attack)

Angela: I lied. It's not your mother's recipe.

New episode again next week about an eclipse.
