Heroes reunion on Hawaii Five-0

It has come to this. Hawaii Five-0 is the reunion show for Lost, and now Heroes.

Masi Oka -- who was promoted as a series regular for Season 2 on H5-0 -- will be joined by Heroes-co-star Greg Grunberg. Noooooo! He was awful on Heroes -- he's going to ruin everything! TVLine says that Grunberg may have a recurring role, which makes my forehead vein pop. Please let it not be true.

The Heroes reunion follows on the heels of the Lost reunion between series regular Daniel Dae Kim and Terry O'Quinn.

Hawaii Five-0 premieres on Sept. 19.

From TVLine:

Grunberg will play a ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agent based out of Honolulu, and whose team’s primary functions are the survey of items smuggled into the region and all Homeland Security threats.

“He has worked with Five-0 team member Lori Weston (played Lauren German) on Homeland Security issues before, so he is aware of the task force and their successful and unorthodox ways of handling cases,” executive producer Peter M. Lenkov tells us of Grunberg’s character. “His first exposure to working directly with Five-0 is when the team handles the murder investigation of an ICE Agent under command.”
