Heroes - Chapter 26 - Kindred

Milo Ventimiglia is HOT!

Okay, this was a transitional episode. I really hope that we don't get more of this for the rest of the season. The storylines are a bit detached from each other, it doesn't feel right. Hiro Nakamura for example has chosen to stay in ancient Japan for a while which means that he'll have almost no interaction with any of the current Heroes. I don't know how long they are going to stretch Maya and Alejandro's journey to New York to find Mohinder, and Claire with that West guy is kinda ick. Sylar is still evil, but with no powers. Niki and Micah's return was also very blah. But the biggest downer was...

Peter did not open the bloody box! What the #$%6?! OMG, please let this not drag on like Lost. It's becoming more evident that the writers have chosen to make smaller stories for a while before, giving us anything related to the main story arc -- what is it anyway? The destruction of "the company"? I think it's cool that Peter has now been initiated into an Irish gang, but... I don't know.

I guess I'm spoiled. A majority of the episodes in Season One were winners. Just on episode 3 this season and we get a bit of a dud. Sigh.

Nevertheless, still looking forward to next week. Shirtless Milo will make us feel better.
