Last week, Chef Ramsay axed two contestants. The first eliminee (Barbie) was revealed last week.... but the viewers had to wait one more week to find out who the second eliminee was. Ramsay eliminated Dana.

Chef Ramsay told Dana to keep her black jacket. This was one of the most obvious eliminations of Season 10. There was NO WAY that Gordon Ramsay was eliminating Justin or Christina. Justin and Christina have ruled the competition from the first episode. They never got involved in any of the drama, and their culinary skills are above and beyond.

Before the Challenge:

Chef Ramsay called Christina and Justin into his office. He let them know that they would be flying to Las Vegas, NV for a relaxing day of pampering in their own private cabana. Ramsay also mentioned that Sous Chefs Scott & Andi are waiting for them in Vegas.

On the plane, Ramsay gifted Christina & Justin with a white chef jacket of their own. Justin’s parents and Christina’s mother & girlfriend were waiting for them poolside in Vegas.

Chef Ramsay also mentioned that the Final 2 have 48 hours to create their own winning menu—which should consist of 4 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 3 desserts.

Challenge of the Day:

Chef Ramsay took Christina & Justin to a special Penn & Teller Magic Show. The Final 2 contestants didn’t realize that Ramsay had a trick up his sleeve. They didn’t realize that Ramsay would be using this opportunity to give them a cooking challenge in front of a live studio audience. He gave Christina & Justin one hour to showcase their creativity and individuality in 5 dishes: a salad, a seafood appetizer, a fish entree, a rib eye, and a fillet mignon. Ramsay invited 5 world-renowned chefs to judge each dish (for example, one chef would judge the salad dish).
  1. Salad Round - Chef Francois Payard judged this round. He mentioned that Christina put too much vinaigrette in her salad dish. He gave Justin the edge.
  2. Seafood Appetizer Round - Chef Michel Richard judged this round. Christina added cilantro to her dish.... Chef Michel said that hates cilantro. He gave Justin the edge.
  3. Fish Entree Round - Chef Julian Serrano judged this round. Justin overcooked his fish. Christina had the edge.
  4. Rib Eye Round - Chef Stuart Gilles judged this round. Chef Stuart really enjoyed Christina’s port wine meat. He gave Christina the edge.
  5. Fillet Mignon Round - Chef Wolfgang Puck judged this round. Christina won this round.
Result: Christina won the challenge by a score of 3 to 2.

Before the Dinner Service:

Chef Ramsay invited eight previously eliminated contestants (from this season), to assist Justin & Christina during the final dinner service. He invited Barbie, Robyn, Kimmie, Patrick, Royce, Brian, Clemenza, and Dana. Since Christina won the challenge, she got to pick first.

Christina’s Team consists of: Dana, Patrick, Kimmie, and Robyn.

Justin’s Team consists of: Barbie, Brian, Royce, and Clemenza.
