Hell’s Kitchen - Season 10 Episode 16 - Recap - 6 Chefs Compete
In the sixteenth episode of Hell’s Kitchen Season 10, “6 Chefs Compete,” Chef Ramsay invited 6 runners-up (from the previous seasons) to compete against the current Black Team at tonight’s dinner service.

Challenge of the Day:
This was the “Taste it, Now Make it!” challenge. Chef Ramsay prepared a dish, and asked the contestants to re-create this dish using only three of their senses: sight, smell, & taste. He didn't let the contestants know which ingredients he used until AFTER the challenge took place. He split up the contestants into three teams (2 people per team). The team that came closest to Ramsay’s actual dish won the challenge. Teams:- Team #1: Clemenza and Dana
- Team #2: Justin and Barbie
- Team #3: Christina and Robyn
Team #2: Justin and Barbie used veal as their protein, serrano ham as their wrapping, bacon for the smoky flavor, and port wine for the tartness & sweetness.

Chef Ramsay’s dish actually consisted of: Veal protein, Prosciutto wrapping, Bacon flavoring, and Mediera wine.
Result: Dana and Clemenza won the challenge. Their reward was a nice gourmet picnic at Silverwood Lake. They drove around the lake in their individual jetskis. Justin, Barbie, Christina, and Robyn’s punishment was to re-do the tabletops, polish the flat-wear, iron the tablecloths, and feather the chandeliers.Tonight’s Dinner Service:
Chef Ramsay revealed a surprising twist. He invited 6 runners-up (from the previous seasons) to compete against the current Black team.The current Black Team members are: Justin, Barbie, Christina, Robyn, Clemenza, and Dana. They made a few mistakes during the dinner service. Robyn didn’t put enough salad dressing in the caesar salad, Clemenza cooked unnecessary spaghetti (nobody had ordered it), Robyn seasoned the scallops and forgot to cook them, and Dana was just too flustered in the kitchen. Barbie was the strongest contestant tonight... she cooked the New York Strip and Wellington very well.
The runners-up from the previous seasons are: Season 8’s Russel, Season 7’s Jay, Season 6’s Kevin, Season 5’s Paula, Season 3’s Bonnie, and Season 2’s Virginia. They were solid tonight, and they only had one misstep throughout the dinner service. Jay caked the bass fish in black pepper, so Chef Ramsay asked Kevin to re-do the fish. Kevin cooked it perfectly.
Result: The runners-up from the previous seasons won the dinner service! The current Black Team nominated Robyn and Clemenza for elimination. Ramsay eliminated Robyn.

THANK YOU, RAMSAY! It was time for her to go. She overstayed her welcome. And... what an ego this woman has. Her last words at Hell’s Kitchen were, “I thought I was going to be the winner of Season 10. You all could go f*** yourself, because I am better than you.” All I can say is WOW!
