Heidi Klum To Change Her Name To Heidi Samuel

TMZ is reporting that Project Runway host Heidi Klum has filed documents in the L.A. County Superior Court to change her last name to "Samuel", the last name of her husband Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel.

Heidi Samuel? No! Do not auf Klum, Heidi! Keep Klum!
