Heather Morris covers Womens Health

Glee's Heather Morris is on the cover of Women's Health Magazine!

From Women's Health:

Turns out Glee's dim-witted cheerleader--played by the magnetic HEATHER MORRIS--is full of smart advice, from how to snag your dream job (and dream body!) to staying healthy and confident under pressure.

"Brittany's" Big Break

This season, Brittany's physique has received almost as much airtime as Sue Sylvester's tracksuits. For the "Britney/Brittany" episode, Heather masterfully mimicked her own pop idol, Britney Spears, down to the abstastic "I'm a Slave 4 U" outfit and snake. "I wanted to be fierce," says Heather. So she spent much of last summer boxing, working with free weights, and taking vocal lessons to prepare for her singing debut. "I was like a monster, training my ass off," she says.

After about a year on the show, Heather, who grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, went from a minor character to a cast regular who deadpans the most quotable one-liners. The feat is even more incredible considering that she was never supposed to be on the show in the first place. As a former backup dancer for Beyonce, she was initially called in to teach the cast the "Single Ladies" choreography, only to be hired for a small role on the show.
