Jeremy Renner Teases Hawkeye in 'Captain America 3'

While Captain America: Winter Soldier was an amazing Marvel movie, we couldn't help but miss the interactions between Black Widow (who had a large role in the movie) and her partner in crime: Hawkeye.

Which is perhaps why Hawkeye -- "real" name Clint Barton -- may be making an appearance in the eagerly anticipated Captain America sequel.

In a recent interview with Collider, actor Jeremy Renner admitted, "There are rumblings of [a Hawkeye appearance in] Captain America 3."

He would quickly go on to add, "I don’t know what’s going to happen there. I’ve got to find the time, man. I’m trying to stay home and I can’t."

Captain America 3 is due in theatres May 6, 2016, with or without Renner who is also set to appear in Avengers 2: Age of Ultron, Mission Impossible 5 and the newest Bourne movie.
