Hawaii Five-0 - Hao Kanaka - Recap

The team take on a group of thieves who hijack an armored car and kill two security guards. With another security guard in the hospital, the team try and track down the stolen car. When they find the truck abandoned in the water along with the money, they realize this heist wasn't about stealing millions. These people know what they're doing and are setting up for an even bigger heist.

After some careful finger printing and face recognition software, they are lead to several robberies that took place during triathlons. These same thieves do what they call "Doping" and drain their own blood only to shoot it back into themselves for harder working muscles. Like an all natural steroid. They use the triathlon as a distraction and to give themselves an alibi.

Danno is forced to ask for help from his ex wife when he and Steve need to camp out in her house to spy on the neighbors next door who are suspects. Steve immediately loves Rachel because she's just like him; always enjoying criticizing and teasing Danny. Rachel is able to secure a fingerprint on the suspects and the team tries to ID them during the race the next day. But once again, the thieves throw them off the trail and put their tracking devices on other racers while they go and steal a bunch of diamonds across the street. The team takes them down before they can get very far.

So impressed. I don't see cops with those moves every day. I also feel obligated to point out how great they all looked tonight.
