Harvard Law School Graduation Malpractice

I am filing an official complaint on behalf my friend, whose name we will ironically not mention, who just recently graduated from Harvard Law School. You would think that after paying close to $70,000 in tuition, the idiot Harvard pays to announce your name while you walk up the stage to get your degree should at least say it right and not call you "Monica" who for all intents and purposes is not your person. My friend "Monica" - not her real name - is understandably upset (and doubly so because her favorite professor who handed her the diploma said "Congratulations Monica!" further shattering any self-worth left in her). We hope she gets to sue their ass once she passes the bar exam. There are grounds for emotional duress due to misrepresentation of one's name in a graduation right?

This reminded me of when LaToya London called Bo, Bo Brice in front of 35 million TV viewers. That was awkward.
