The annual NME Awards are coming, which means a new slew of celebs have been nominated for Villain of the Year, including Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus and Russian president Putin.

Joining them is British Prime Minister David Cameron, Robin Thicke and Russell Brand.

Surprisingly, there is no Justin Bieber in sight.

On the other side of the coin, Hero of the Year nominees include David Bowie, Lou Reed, the recently freed Pussy Riot and Russell Brand.

Nope, that is not a mistake, Brand is being nominated as both a hero and a villain this go around.

Harry Styles -- who won Villain of the Year last year -- is also nominated alongside his band mates in One Direction for Worst Band. Sounds fun.

The 2014 NME Awards will be held on Feb. 26 at O2 Academy in London. If you're curious, you can peruse all the nominees over on the NME website.
