'Harry Potter' Actor Dave Legeno Found Dead in Death Valley

Tragic news today, as Harry Potter actor Dave Legeno has died from heatstroke in Death Valley, CA. Legeno has just 50. The Inyo County Sheriff's Department verified that hikers discovered Legeno's body on Sunday morning, with confirmation of the remains coming from Legeno's manager, Rick Bassman, late Friday.

The British actor played werewolf Fenrir Greyback in three Harry Potter films -- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and Part 2. In addition, Legeno also appeared in several other high-grossing blockbusters, such as Batman Begins and Snow White and the Huntsman, and even critical favorites and Oscar contenders such as Snatch and Elizabeth: The Golden Age.

While there were no signs of foul play, deputy coroner Jason Molinar says Legeno's body was partially decomposed and could have been lying out in the triple-digit heat for days prior to being discovered.
