Happy Endings - The Butterfly Effect Effect - Recap
I was going to ask if the comedy on this show was in a downward spiral but then I saw Max imitate the famed Tim Allen grunt. Nevermind.

Max is in hibernation and is slowly transforming himself into Winnie The Pooh. He doesn't like Winter. The gang relies on Brad and Jane's annual argument to signify the beginning of Spring. It's their own weird version of Groundhog Day.
Tired of the weather, they decide to try and bring about the fight early and on their own. When they succeed in causing an argument, they worry about the aftermath of getting in the way. What they don't know, is that Brad and Jane are only faking it. They're actually just screaming about how to pay their bills in the street. They fake the fight to humor their friends but it's not long before the fight becomes all too real and they're sitting on the couch, in their underwear, freezing because neither will admit who left the terrace door open.
