Happy Endings - Baby Steps - Recap

Alex decides that what her store needs is a revamped baby section. She starts selling clothes designed for babies and is surprised when her store becomes such a hit. It's not long before she realizes that sneaky teenage girls are wearing the baby clothes to show off their stomachs. Hey look! It's an ABC Family clique! Not wanting to piss off the scary teenagers, Alex and Penny befriend them. The store becomes a teenage hotspot turned rave and Alex has to put an end to it before someone pukes in the jewelry.

Jane tells the group that she made 15 grand in college for donating one of her eggs to a couple trying to have a baby. Brad inadvertently convinces her that she needs to put on some sunglasses and track the girl down. She finds her daughter and is delighted at how well adjusted she is..that is until she changes her clothes to go to school and she's wearing a baby t-shirt. Jane take it upon herself to follow her to school, in a van, and insist that she get inside. Yeah. That's not gonna end well. Either way, the couple knew she was crazy 11 years ago and never used her egg.

Dave thinks that it's time for Max to get a real job. Not wanting to work for the Man, Max suggests that they work together in his sandwich truck. Things go well for 20 minutes but then Max starts insulting customers for wearing fugly sandals and wants to be the boss of the sandwich business. Dave fires him and he has to come up with another way to make rent. He sells his beanie baby collection, buys an 80's limo and gets to work.
