'Hannibal' Gets Renewed for a Third Season!

The wonderful and the unthinkable has happened: a show by Bryan Fuller has been picked up past a second season.

That's right Fannibals, Hannibal has been renewed for a third season by NBC!

The visually stunning drama which centers around a prequel look at Silence of the Lambs cannibal Hannibal Lecter doesn't always do the best on ratings, but it more than makes up for it with a devoted fanbase.

Fuller is also responsible for the amazing series Pushing Daisies and Dead Like Me, which despite being painfully good didn't make it to a third season. Not to mention Wonderfalls which really didn't even get one.

Here's hoping that Hannibal continues going strong so we can get the seven season arc Fuller envisioned.

Also NBC, if you could renew Community, you would make our day.
