Halle Berry Wants Ex Gabriel Aubry's Child Support Payments Cut

Halle Berry's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is currently getting $16,000 a month in child support payments, and according to reports, she wants to cut that amount to force him to get a job.

Note: In June, Berry was ordered to give Aubry the $16,000 per month by a judge.

TMZ claims that Berry filed legal paperwork to limit the payment to just over $3,000 a month since Aubry is more than capable of supporting himself and is merely playing the system.

Berry is apparently and allegedly under the impression that reducing the payments will force Aubry to get a job and use the child support merely to take care of 6-year-old Nahla.

The former couple currently has joint custody that they split 50/50.
