Grieving 40-Pound Dachshund Trying To Lose Weight For Adoption (VIDEO)

A morbidly obese dachshund whose owner died a few weeks ago is now trying to lose weight at a shelter to increase his chances of getting adopted.

Dachshunds normally weigh 15 pounds, but Vincent is clocking in at 40.

His owner died a few weeks ago and his family did not want him anymore so he ended up in the local shelter.

He's already lost a few pounds but he still has a long way to go.
