'Grace of Monaco' Pushed Back to Spring 2014

The Oscar race has officially gotten a bit less crowded, particularly in the Best Actress category.

Grace of Monaco, the biopic starring Nicole Kidman as Oscar winner/European princess Grace Kelly, has been bumped from its fall release date. The film, from director Olivier Dahan (La Vie en Rose), had originally been scheduled for a limited release on Nov. 27. However, the movie has now been pushed back to Spring 2014.

According to Entertainment Weekly, The Weinstein Company determined that the film was not yet ready for release, and needed more time to be properly finished.
