Gone Fishing - Striped Bass with Fritos

Last Saturday, I went fishing with Mario and Robert in Connecticut. We took one of those "fishing tourism" boats on Long Island Sound. The fishermen pretty much do all the dirty work with finding the fish, navigating the boat, setting up the hook, etc. When a fish bites, we took turns reeling in the fish. Easy!
The fish we caught were Striped Bass, and I reeled in the biggest one at 32 inches.
I found that the fish we caught is best served battered and fried. It wasn't really that good when we baked it.
Tonight I'm going to try breading the fish with Fritos.
Striped Bass with Fritos
Ingredients:
Striped Bass, cut into nugget sized pieces
Flour
Egg, beaten
Fritos, crushed
Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Dip the fish in flour, then egg, then coat with crushed Fritos.
2. Fry until golden.
I hope it's good. Wish me luck.
Update: "Kinda" tastes like KFC - so I guess the KFC breading has corn in it.
