Glen Campbell Moved Into Alzheimer's Healthcare Facility

Glen Campbell was recently moved into a healthcare facility following a 3-year battle with Alzheimer's, according to People Magazine.

He revealed his battle with the disease in 2011, conducted a farewell tour in 2012, and released a new (final?) album in December, entitled See You There.

The tour was filmed for a documentary called Glen Campbell... I'll Be Me, which will make its debut at the 2014 Nashville Film Festival, showing Glen and his family dealing with the effects of the disease while travelling together.

Despite the move, Glen is reportedly doing well and is in good spirits, although no permanent plan for him has been decided upon yet.
