Glee- Season 4 Finale Spoilers

According to E! Online, someone on Glee is popping the question come the Season 4 Finale!

Glee has cast Patty Duke and Meredith Baxter as a lesbian couple in it for the long haul. After twenty-five years together, the duo will act as mentors for Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) heading into Season 5. What does that mean for the on-again/off-again beaus? Blaine will be picking out a ring in hopes of proposing to Kurt. Whether or not he actually goes through with the proposal is still a mystery.
