Like some of the best Glee episodes, things kick off right away with an epic song, one that ended up actually being the only one I knew. Blaine covers "Everybody Wants to Rule the World", a fun montage as he joins every club imaginable. I gotta admit, seeing him in the "Superhero Sidekicks Club" kind of made my life. The video chatting with Kurt eating popcorn together and watching TV? Cutest thing ever. At the end of the number he reveals that.. *gasp*… he's running for class president against Brittany.

Kurt is trying on outfits like crazy, but he finds the cutest one possible (obviously, because he's Kurt!) to wear to his interview with Vogue.com. I have to admit that I love love loved the idea of this storyline to begin with, and the execution is nothing short of brilliant. Isabelle Wright is the senior editor of Vogue and, as played by guest star Sarah Jessica Parker, a totally lovable fashionista. It's like if Carrie Bradshaw had been obsessed with design and fashion (oh wait, she already was…) then instead of writing books, she's be editing Vogue.com. Kurt gets the job with very little effort, which isn't surprising considering how lovable he is… although his prior writing experiences include "blogging about Project Runway".

Brittany gets Artie to campaign with her as Vice President to her President, and even though he has to tell her again that he's not part robot, she still manages to convince him. In Glee club, Schue sounds excited about hosting the Annual Show Choir Rules Committee Meeting (is that real?) and claims to have ideas about what they can perform, but he is obviously totally clueless. Brittany interrupts Schue to announce her running for president and how "nobody can prove that Blaine was born in this country", which is clearly accurate.

Seemingly drained of good ideas, Sue assures Will that he will either be "an alcoholic, morbidly obese, or both" in just a few short years. Sam confronts Brittany about not picking him as her running mate, but she quickly re-introduces him to Blaine… and just like that, a bromance is born. BLAM! Brittany challenges the two of them to a debate, to which Sam whispers, "What's a debate?" Oh, blondes.

Back at Vogue, Kurt overhears some bizarre ideas about ways to bring back leather, which Isabelle confronts him about. He thinks all the ideas are dreadful, just as she does. Her problem is, she can't so no to anyone… her instincts have also vanished, as she can't tell a crazy idea from a good one. She has a little breakdown, telling Kurt how she thinks this will end in her homelessness. She can always stay with him, he insists. AWW!

Blaine thinks that Sam needs to look more professional otherwise, it will seem like he is an obvious ploy to snag the "straight vote", so they meet at the costume shop nearby and he gives him a makeover. At the same time, Brittany is looking to snag more votes and needs Artie to help her to prepare so she won't say something stupid. Their worlds clash in a rather odd rendition of "Celebrity Skin", although Sam and Brittany really clash well vocally. At the committee meeting, Will is bored out of his mind and basically barely listening to what is said… until the teacher of the deaf choir reveals that he has lost funding of his glee club.

After Rachel tells Kurt a horror story from NYADA that day about two girls that made fun of her outfit, he gets a brilliant idea to creep into the Vogue building in the middle of the night and give her a makeover while filming a video for the website. What would get most people fired at pretty much the drop of a pin instead warrants a musical number. Isabelle loves makeovers, apparently, so she calls off the cops and helps Rachel and Kurt make an awesome music video, a mashup of "The Way You Look Tonight" & "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile."

Afterward, while videochatting with Blaine, Kurt very obviously gets distracted and interrupts Blaine a couple times. It kind of brought a tear to my eye, because things are obviously not-so-good between the two of them. Kurt, you have terrible listening skills!

Inspired by what happened in the committee, Will gets his heart set on getting into the Blue Ribbon panel which works toward arts and education. He would have to leave McKinley for several months, but Emma assures him that he should follow his dream and she will support him the whole time. With Principal Figgins out with "religious fever", Sue is forced to moderate the debate. Blaine gets some fashion advice from Sam about his bowtie that he wasn't even able to get from his own boyfriend backstage, and once the debate begins, Artie gives a long-winded answer to a simple question that goes on for several minutes. When Sam is asked about the "rumor" he was a stripper, he says he's not ashamed and then strips off his shirt and dances shirtless onstage in one of the episode's most random and amazing moments. Blaine's speech is inspiring, but it becomes obvious who will win after Brittany's disaster of a speech where she promises to get rid of summer vacation and weekends. To be honest though, she's never looked sexier than this episode.

At Vogue, Isabelle lovingly tells Kurt that Ana liked the video they made and might use it for the website. She has an obvious and adorable connection with Kurt, and he calls her his fairy godmother. She even invites Kurt to join them at table where they discuss new fashions and articles and such. ADORABLE. Brody tells Rachel how amazing her makeover looks, then she asks him to share a dance with her. They sing "A Change Would Do You Good", which is clearly incredible. There's no denying that the two of them have chemistry but he is STILL NO FINN! After their sexy dance, she invites him to dinner. Oh no.

Blaine wins class president in a rather move, but when he tries to call Kurt to tell him, he ignored the phone call. Kurt was with his new Vogue people and all, but that is no excuse to ignore the phone call! I totally wanted to slap him for the first time. Blaine, clearly upset, gushes to Sam about how aimless he feels since he changed schools to McKinley just for Kurt. Sam assures Blaine that he's a "gay bro" and he really appreciates his friendship, just not in so many words. Brittany also snuggles up to Sam… I smell a problem for Brittany and Santana in the making. Sue also sent in a letter for Will boasting about how incredible he is because she wants him out of the school, but in a good way this time.

Rachel tries to cook for Brody but they end up just ordering pizza together, which leads to sharing some dumb secrets which leads to… a kiss. Like, are you kidding me? Sure, he's hot, but Rachel… you have Finn! I wanted to scream at her. Just as they are getting all hot and heavy, there is a ring at her doorbell which she assumes is Kurt… and turns out it's Finn. Good luck explaining that one, Rachel.

What did you think of this week's episode? Did you love new guest star Sarah Jessica Parker or hate her? Next week looks amazing! When a preview alone can make you cry, you know you're in for a memorable episode. I love season 4!
