'Glee' casts Katey Sagal as Artie's Mom

Ryan Murphy announced that Katey Sagal has joined Glee as Artie's mom.

Kevin McHale who plays Artie said at Comic-Con last summer that he wanted Katey (Married … With Children, Futurama, Sons of Anarchy) to play his mom. He had also envisioned Harry Connick, Jr. to be his dad -- could that be in the pipeline too?
