'Glee' Alum Nolan Funk Joins 'Arrow' Season 3

Arrow Season 3 has just gotten an infusion of Funk.

Glee and Awkward star Nolan Funk will join Arrow in a guest-starring role for Season 3. He will play Cooper Seldon, the hacker ex-boyfriend of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) from her days at MIT. It’s unknown whether he will appear in the present or only through flashbacks, but we're guessing he's going to have a major effect on Felicity's story either way, whether as a formative influence, or as someone creating trouble for her future. It's expected he will make his appearance in the Felicity-centric episode “The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak”.

Funk broke the news himself over Instagram, posting a photo posing with the Arrow script in hand. The caption? "Stay tuned..."
