'Girls' and 'Looking' To Change Schedules Due to Super Bowl

The Super Bowl has caused a change in HBO's Sunday night schedule.
For one night only, new episodes of Girls and Looking will air on a Saturday -- namely, the Saturday before the big game.
A new episode of Girls will air Saturday, February 1 at 10:00 PM ET, followed by an all-new Looking at 10:30 PM ET. Both episodes can also be seen the next day, Sunday, Feb. 2, in their usual time slots, but HBO is looking to avoid the whole messy business of forcing viewers to choose between their favorite shows and the Super Bowl (although what kind of overlap do those two audiences really have?).
Of course, if you don't want to wait until the weekend of the Super Bowl, you can just watch those new episodes this coming Monday, January 27, when they're made available on HBO On Demand and HBO Go. Why is HBO making the episodes available in advance? Hell if I know.
For the record, True Detective will not be affected by this schedule change, as the gritty detective drama will have the week off, although I'm wondering why we couldn't get an advance episode of that.
Still, I like Girls and I'm really digging Looking, so this is good news, all-around.
