'Girls Gone Wild' Creator Joe Francis Expecting Twin Girls

Joe Francis, the man who created the service that once delivered just of age boobs to your door, Girls Gone Wild, is expecting twin girls with his longtime girlfriend Abbey Wilson.

Extra creepy when you consider that Francis was arrested in 2003 for prostitution and "promoting the sexual performance of children."

Not to mention those much more recent false imprisonment and assault charges he was convicted for in 2013 for bringing three women into his home and refusing to let them leave, beating one's head against a tile floor.

He was sentenced to 270 days in jail and horribly commented on the verdict with the statement, "I want that jury to know that each and every one of you are mentally f---ing retarded and you should be euthanized because, as Darwin said, you have naturally selected yourself."

Ugh.
