George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin Wedding Photos Revealed (PHOTO)
George Clooney is finally off-the-market, marrying international human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin in stunning, intimate wedding ceremony over the weekend. However, many wondered when we'd get our first look at Alamuddin’s French lace Oscar de la Renta gown. Well, the wait is pretty much over now.
In addition to an intimate wedding photo on the cover of PEOPLE, the couple graced the cover of UK's HELLO! Magazine, with both publications offering photos of Clooney and Alamuddin's big day. The photos show Alamuddin's gown, which, according to PEOPLE, was "hand-embroidered with pearls and diamante stones", and featured an "off-the-shoulder neckline", as well as "a full train" and a "cathedral-length lace-edged veil."
"He’s such an elegant designer and such an elegant man," Alamuddin said of Oscar de la Renta, with whom she's pictured in a special Vogue photo shoot of her final dress fitting, the third source of the wave of wedding photos that are now surfacing.
Alamuddin’s wedding jewelry was also ostentatious yet understated (if such a thing could be said to be possible). The bride sported natural pearl earrings with square-cut diamond accents gifted to her by her parents, Baria and Ramzi Alamuddin. Reportedly, the pearls were "harvested from the waters of Bahrain and made by a Lebanese jeweler, Chatila", because when you're marrying George Clooney, you do it up STYLE.
