'General Hospital' and 'Baby Daddy' to Have Crossover Episode

In one of the strangest crossovers in recent memory, ABC's General Hospital and ABC Family’s Baby Daddy will have a crossover episode.

General Hospital star Kelly Monaco is set to cross over to Baby Daddy, on which she will play an "a very exaggerated and over-the-top version of herself."

In short, New York Ranger player Danny (Derek Theler) discovers that General Hospital is interested in offering him a role as himself. But when the cameo gives him an awful case of stage fright, it's up to his crush, Riley (Chelsea Kane), to help him through it. Riley loves General Hospital and is a huge fan of Monaco (who is also a two-time Dancing With the Stars alum). So, naturally, when Monaco arrives on the set, Riley completely loses it. And Monaco isn't exactly thrilled to be constantly hounded by the super-fan.

Aaaaand now I feel kind of lousy for basically telling you the plot of the entire episode. But hey, we still don't know how it ends, so we all have that to look forward to! In addition to the Monaco cameo itself!

Unfortunately, we won't get to see this crossover for a while yet, as the crossover episode isn't set to air until 2015, at or near the beginning of Season 4. But I have a hard time believing this won't be worth the wait for fans.
