Game of Thrones To Return In 2019

HBO anounced on Thursday that "Game of Thrones" is skipping 2018 and will air its final season in 2019 instead.

The six-episode eighth and final season will be directed by David Benioff & D.B. Weiss, David Nutter and Miguel Sapochnik. Writers for the new season are: David Benioff & D.B. Weiss, Bryan Cogman and Dave Hill.

The executive producers of GAME OF THRONES are David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, Carolyn Strauss, Frank Doelger and Bernadette Caulfield; co-executive producers, Bryan Cogman, Guymon Casady, Vince Gerardis and George R.R. Martin.

I'm kinda bummed that we won't have Game of Thrones in 2018 but hopefully this means that the final season will be beyond epic!
