Gabrielle Nicole sings 'River Deep Mountain High' on Rising Star (VIDEO)

Gabrielle Nicole sang 'River Deep Mountain High' on Rising Star The Duels on July 20, 2014. Did she win against Macy Kate?

Experts Ludacris, Brad Paisley and Kesha voted YES. I voted YES.

I felt that this was a weaker performance than her audition, but I loved her energy.

Gabrielle got 49% of the vote.

The experts gave her a standing O.

"That's the way to start off the show," said Ludacris. "You just made it look easy."

"You are a strong woman," said Kesha. "You really brought it."

"I don't know where you get this experience," said Brad Paisley. "I don't know why the score is not higher."
