Fred Willard fired from PBS after masturbation scandal

Fred Willard has been fired from PBS where he is the narrator of the show Market Warriors. TMZ reports that PBS has sent e-mails to its affiliates not to air any unaired episodes featuring Willard. PBS will re-edit the show with a new actor.

In a statement, the show's producers said: “Given the unfortunate news reported today, effective immediately, Fred Willard no longer will be involved with the ‘Market Warriors’ series.”

Mark Walberg is taking over as narrator of the show.

Fred Willard was arrested for masturbating in an adult movie theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
