The CW is getting in the Limp business.
Fred Durst, frontman for hit 90s rock group Limp Bizkit, is developing a one-hour drama over at The CW based loosely on his life.
The Noise will center on the rise of a young artist in the 1990s who escapes a broken home to form a hugely popular rock band. The series will chronicle how the Durst figure handles the tumultuous world of celebrity.
Durst is a co-executive producer on the script, which will be written by Miles Feld, with Eric Tannenbaum and Kim Tannenbaum executive producing through CBS TV Studios.
