Modern Family is doubling down on the guest stars for the back half of its fifth season.

The gang is headed to Las Vegas for an upcoming episode, and the show is added a pair of skilled comic performers to the party: Patton Oswalt and Fred Armisen.

ABC confirms that SNL alum Armisen will play Langham, an ex-boyfriend of Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) who is in the area for a bachelor party -- along with his partner. Oswalt, meanwhile, will be transitioning from his recent appearance on Brooklyn Nine-Nine to join the series as Ducky Schindler, the head of a society of magicians that Phil (recent SAG winner Ty Burrell) wishes to join.

The episode, scheduled to be filmed this week, will air later this spring.
