FOX Rumored to Be Casting Bruce Wayne for 'Gotham'

Though FOX has claimed that Batman would not appear in Gotham, its upcoming origin story for Commissioner James Gordon and the villains of Gotham City, it seems that the Dark Knight will not be entirely absent from the story.

FOX is rumored to be searching for a young actor to join the show as a series regular in the role of 10-year-old Bruce Wayne. The network ordered Gotham straight to series, and the very first case Gordon is expected to investigate in the pilot is the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne, Bruce's parents. Bringing in a young Bruce in the pilot makes sense then, but one has to wonder what other storylines the show has planned, since it appears young Bruce will be sticking around.
