Former Disney Star Raven-Symonè Comes Out

Former Disney star Raven-Symonè has finally put the gay rumors to bed, once and for all.

The actress, best known for her roles on The Cosby Show and That's So Raven!, took to Twitter to celebrate the lift on gay marriage bans around the U.S., confirming her sexual orientation in the process.

Symonè, 27, further opened up to Gossip Cop about the tweet, stating that she has no current plans to wed, but says "it is great to know I can now, should I wish to."

The actress, who is currently rumored to be dating former America's Next Top Model contestant AzMarie Livingston, spoke up in 2012 about the invasive reports about her sexuality and personal life.

"I'm not one, in my 25 year career to disclose who I'm dating. and I shall not start now. My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I'm dating to know. I'm not one for a public display of my life," the star tweeted, adding, "That is my right as a HUMAN BEing whether straight or gay. To tell or not to tell. As long as I'm not harming anyone."
