Florida Georgia Line To Be Featured On CMT's 'Inside Fame'

CMT's biography series Inside Fame will return on May 22 for a special on Florida Georgia Line. In the new instalment, Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard will speak about the ups and downs of making it in the business and their passion for music that overcame their struggles.

Featuring never-before-seen childhood videos such as Brian's first performance and the helicopter crash that killed Tyler's father, the episode will also include friends like Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan talking about the duo and their success.

"You gotta thank the songwriting Gods for that song," Tyler muses about their record-breaking hit 'Cruise' in the documentary. "I mean it's truly, you know, one of those songs that may or may not come around once in a lifetime."

And when asked about music critics referring negatively to their music as "bro-country", Tyler responded, "We forget about it when we hit the stage and there's 20,000 people screaming every word."

The Florida Georgia Line episode of Inside Fame will air on May 22nd at 10pm ET/PT on CMT.
