Fleur East sings 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' on The X Factor UK 2014 (VIDEO)

Fleur East sang 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' on The X Factor UK Semifinals on December 6, 2014.

I'm never that big on the Christmas songs theme, if only because it doesn't really allow any of these contestants to show who they'd be as artists, since no one's immediate thought is to release a Christmas song, nor is anyone really going to change up a Christmas song. People like their Christmas songs a certain way, and changing that would be too big of a risk to justify, I think.

With that said, this was generally a pretty solid performance. I didn't necessarily love the vocal, but I do love Fleur's overall presentation. She's a consummate performer, so while there are better singers in the competition, she still offers a performance aspect that no one left in the competition can really match. I wouldn't be surprised if this got her into the final.

But what do you think of Fleur East?
