FlashForward - Queen Sacrifice - Recap

The episode kicks off with a flashback to three years ago. Mark used to have a more dangerous position within the FBI but changed to a safer job for his family. It's evidence that his family always comes first. In present day, things are no different. Olivia and Charlie are still number 1 to Mark even if it doesn't seem like it when he has his temper tantrums. Mark moves out to stay with Wedeck for awhile until things blow over. His job is getting increasingly dangerous and it's worrying his family. To take her mind off her father leaving, Olivia takes Charlie to the carnival. Olivia notices they're being followed and they start to run only to find out it's a security detail assigned to protect them by Mark. Anyone else think that at the end Mark was gonna tell her he never assigned security? Things continue to get confusing for Olivia when Lloyd shows up to ask for details from her flashforward. She relays what little she remembers of the equation written on the mirror. It makes sense to Lloyd but not to me. I failed math.
Now that she's happily settling in to life in America, Keiko is still searching for Bryce. She spends most of her days sitting in the japanese restaurant she knows she'll meet him in waiting for a glimpse of him. Her money can only last so long so she sets out in search of a job. She's offered a job as a waitress in the restaurant but she turns it down. Wasn't she a waitress in the flashforward? She chooses to help work fixing a bunch of cars for an auto shop. It's a very fast and furious setting for her to put her engineering skills to work. She bonds with the guy in charge but her happy day doesn't last very long. The feds bust in on the shop for hiring illegal workers and Keiko is arrested. In happier news, Bryce and Nicole are spending more time together and Bryce kisses her. She's happy assuming it was a mistake but Bryce doesn't regret a thing. Yay!
Demetri shows Mark and Wedeck the video he uncovered from Dyson Frost seemingly predicting the future. Dyson says he's had hundreds of flashforwards, some 19 years into the future, and he's always dying on the same day as Demetri. He's a desperate man looking to prevent that so it's no shock he's not afraid of a little murder. He has the advantage from seeing the future and he's predicting all of Mark's moves. It's a complicated game of chess. Vogel enlists the FBI to help locate the mole inside the office. Everyone is put on lockdown until the culprit is caught. They discover that Mark's keyboard has been bugged with a voice activated transmitter. Someone who had access to his office put it there. And all his friends have access. Dun dun dun.
Seth Macfarlane reappears as a World of Warcraft playing nerd. Random. Janice is questioned next and she has some suspicious disappearances on her schedule. She tells them she's been investigating another girl in the office who was paid a large sum of money and is also suspicious. Hmm. Mark and Demetri look into it and discover that she did in fact have something to do with it. The girl realizes they're on to her and she starts shooting a bunch of employees, including Seth, before some guy in black comes to get her on a motorcycle. Janice shoots him and then takes the girl out. Who was the guy Janice shot on the bike?
The episode ends with Janice telling Simon she knows he killed his Uncle Teddy to send a message. She tells him the message was received. Gasp! Janice is the real mole :O. What's going to happen to Simon now that he knows?
