Five Orphaned Puppies Rescued - Watch the Amazing Transformation! (VIDEO)

Five orphaned puppies came close to being a tale of tragedy. As it turns out, their mother left them one day to search for food. But, sadly, she never returned. However, the helpless pups had a guardian angel looking out for them. Several, in fact.

In this video, a neighborhood banded together to feed the dogs before calling in Hope For Paws, a Los Angeles-based non-profit animal rescue organization. Before long, the dogs were on the road to recuperation from their lack of nutrition, and various maladies as a result of living on the street. It's not only adorable, it's awe-inspiring!
