Firefighters Respond to Snoop Dogg's Hotel Room

Snoop Dogg (or is it Snoop Lion these days?) must have gotten quite the surprise when firefighters busted in on his hotel room on Thursday night.

According to TMZ, the firefighters raced to the scene when a substantial amount of smoke set off the alarms of his Australian hotel room. There was so much smoke that they believed a real fire was blazing out.

Turns out, it was just Snoop being Snoop.

Cops say "smoke from an unidentified source" triggered a fire alarm around 10am ... and firefighters who happened to be in the hotel rushed up to the scene to investigate the situation.

But when they got to the room, the firefighters quickly realized there was no fire ... just a ton of smoke.

Officials haven't confirmed whether or not weed was involved but, let's be real.

When all was said and done, Snoop took the time to pose with the first responders. Just another day for Snoop.
