'Fear The Walking Dead' Trailer Offers Peek at Early Walker (VIDEO)

We're nearing the inevitable premiere for Fear The Walking Dead, and that means offering a glimpse into just what this show is about, and how it's different from its parent series, The Walking Dead.

AMC has released the latest trailer, and although it's just a scant couple of seconds, it offers a creepy, mood-setting look into the very first beginnings of the zombie outbreak that will come to plague this world in the years to come. Set in Los Angeles, the show follows a divorced teacher, his school's guidance counselor, and her two children, as they attempt to survive the rise of the walkers. This clip gives us a glimpse at what could be an early version of a walker...or a truant slacker teen. You know, either/or.

Fear The Walking Dead stars Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey and Frank Dillane, and premieres this August on AMC.
