'Fault In Our Stars' Bench Has Been Returned in Amsterdam

By Nick Roman ·

Last week, fans of The Fault in Our Stars were shocked to learn that the bench in Amsterdam, where Hazel and August share their kiss, had been stolen. However, the pop culture nightmare was short-lived, as the cinematic artifact has now been returned.

Yes, the bench is back! The Amsterdam film office tweeted this photo of the bench being reinstalled in its original place, with Amsterdam film commissioner confirming that this is the same bench used in the film, and is not a replacement. It was not revealed if it was ever discovered who actually took the bench. But it's back, all the same:

So now you can reenact the scene yourself! I mean, you'd need another person, but I'm sure Amsterdam is crawling with perfectly acceptable randos.
