Farrah Abraham makes plea deal in DUI case, avoids jail time

From Teen Mom to porn star to courtrooms, Farrah Abraham has had a rough 2013. But the reality show personality has caught a bit of a break, as far as her latest troubles are concerned.

won't serve a day behind bars for DUI ... assuming the judge approves a plea deal she just struck with prosecutors, TMZ has learned.

An official at the Douglas County D.A.'s Office tells TMZ that Farrah has agreed to plead guilty to aggravated DUI on June 20th, in exchange for probation instead of jail.

Abraham was arrested in Nebraska back in March for DUI, having allegedly blown a .147, nearly twice the legal limit. In the immediate aftermath, Abraham plead not guilty. However, the TV personality changed her tune once it became apparent that prison time was in the offing.

However, if the plea deal goes through, probation won't be the only penalty levied against Abraham. Prosecutors will ask the judge to suspend Farrah's driving privileges, in addition to levying $500 in fines against her. But that's pretty much all. No jail time.

The other charges against Abraham, which include disorderly conduct and refusal to take the field sobriety test, will be dropped.
