Fantasia & Luke James - Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell Medley - 2013 Trumpet Awards

Fantasia was joined by R&B newcomer Luke James to pay homage to Motown greats Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell at the 2013 Trumpet Awards. They performed "I Heard It Through the Grapevine," "You're All I Need to Get By," and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough."

This is random but I've always envisoned a movie made about Gaye & Terrell. James would be very good to play Gaye. James voice can sound so modern at times and here it sounds so good with an old-school vibe. I'm just going to be blunt, there's no way in heck Fantasia would be Terrell (mostly because she bares no resemblance), but she does good here. Go Fantasia! She looks good and sounded good. Side Effects of You, her new album is due April 23rd.
