Fantasia For Real - Back To Me
Fantasia For Real continues with Fantasia setting up a meeting with Antwaun Cook for some closure. Yes, closure with cameras rolling for a reality show. Whatever. Obviously, Antwaun signed a consent form to be on TV -- so what we saw in tonight's episode clearly isn't the real story of this "meeting". They've had many meetings or at least many conversations on the phone to talk about this "closure." I am not surprised that the paparazzi were there to take pictures to get more free publicity.
As an aside, I actually think Antwaun Cook is quite hot. So yes, in a way, I don't blame Fantasia for falling head over heels for him. He lied to her, but she fell in love hard, and it's been difficult to get over that very quickly. I hope the divorce of Antwaun works out so she can finally be happy with him. Rumors are going around that Fantasia is already pregnant, so this part of Fantasia life is not going to go away soon.
The rest of the episode dealt with publicity appearances that Fantasia attended for her album release. Fantasia really recovered quickly after her OD (unlike her love for Antwuan, LOL). Some people take years to recover from a suicide attempt, so you have to admire Fantasia's resiliency in this department. It's as if it never happened. Good for her. She was able to go back to work without a hitch.
I loved the Aunt Bunny came to Las Vegas looking really cute in her new hairdo. Love her.
Also, I teared up when Fantasia Barrino read the liner notes of her album. OMG, she can read now! I'm so proud of you Fantasia! You've done good.
