Erika Van Pelt - One Sweet Day - Video

Erika Van Pelt may have finished in 10th place on this season of American Idol, but you can't deny her talent. Her husky alto was a breath of fresh air amidst so many soprano belters.

Video recently surfaced of her singing "One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men -- along with Bobby Davis.

Man, why couldn't she have sung this song on the show?
