Emily West sings 'Chandelier' on America's Got Talent 2014 Finals (VIDEO)

Emily West sang 'Chandelier' on the America's Got Talent 2014 Finals on September 16, 2014.

While this doesn't start out as strong as the original did, it finishes up every bit as strong. In fact, I think the second half of this performance is better than the first time she did it. Absolutely stunning. And I love that her dress wraps into the curtains and spreads across the stage. It's a stunning visual, and is so elegant that Nick feels the need to take off his shoes before walking on it. Howard and Heidi give Emily a standing O, while Howie and Mel B are chatting about something, and seem to miss the opportunity (either that, or they just didn't think it was that great. Which is unfathomable to me).

Howard notes that singers on competitions could be like this have a tendency to be boring, yet even with 90 seconds, Emily is captivating. Heidi says she considers "Chandelier" an Emily West song now. Mel B, however, says she actually thought it was much better the first time. Howie agrees, somewhat, saying that they're holding the contestants to a higher standard than they ever have before on this show. I don't disagree that the second half was better than the first, but I still found this performance absolutely stunning.
