Emily Middlemas sang 'Anything Could Happen' on The X Factor UK 2014 Boot Camp.

I love Emily. Love her to pieces. But I wish she'd rearranged this song with her guitar, since I think the track overtook her voice in places. Really, I think she'd have been better served picking a different song altogether, since this didn't really give her the opportunity to show off how awesome her voice can be. Now, with all that said, I absolutely adored her stage presence. She had so much confidence up there that few contestants in her category have. She's very engaging to watch, and even though she's only 15, I think she has a lot of upside. I'm not kidding when I say she's one of my favorite contestants, which is peculiar since it seems that all my favorites this year are super young (she and Lauren Platt are just 15 and 16, respectively). I hope Emily sticks around for a while. She has a lot to offer, in my opinion.
