Elyjuh Rene sings 'XO' on The Voice 2014 (Video)

Elyjuh Rene sang 'XO' on The Voice 2014 Season 7 Blind Auditions on Monday, September 22, 2014.

Elyjuh began singing in church at age 3, and he’s been into music ever since. Music became his outlet, in particular, following his parents’ separation as a kid. He’s entered singing competitions and has made music his personal goal. Elyjuh says this is for him, but it’s also for his mother, who has supported him all his life, and with whom he shares an absolutely adorable mother-son relationship.

The coaches gave him a two chair turn.

Gwen loves Elyjuh’s passion while Pharrell feels Elyjuh’s story in everything he sang. Adam fights for Elyjuh, saying he can’t lose him. However, Pharrell says that while Elyjuh has had to fight all his life to get where he is, he just sang on The Voice stage
