Ellen DeGeneres - Oscar Promo 2014 - Video

The very first 2014 Oscars promo is here and it features a singing, dancing Ellen DeGeneres. Which is exactly what we wanted.

Ellen's short one-minute promo features her getting dressed in her Oscar best (which includes the trademark Ellen sneakers) before heading to the award show while lip-syncing to Fitz & the Tantrums "The Walker."

With her own squadron of equally snazzily dressed background dancers of course. All while referencing some classic films and some modern dance trends as well.

It's not Amy and Tina Golden Globes funny, but it's charming because Ellen DeGeneres.

The Oscars, which are apparently using the tagline "here we go" this year, will air on March 2 on ABC.
